The Age Harvest Picnic at Hanging Rock is a celebration of Victorian food and wine, where over 100 food and wine producers from all around Victoria will gather to sample, sell and showcase their delicious produce against the magnificent backdrop of Hanging Rock. Taste exotic barbecue flavours, magnificent regional wines, unusual cheeses, the finest preserves, full flavoured ice-cream and a great variety of delicious small goods.
Along with exhibiting an amazing array of fine food and wine, The Age Harvest Picnic at Hanging Rock features cooking demonstrations celebrated chefs, live music all day and free children’s activities. Bring a picnic blanket and relax with friends under the gum trees.

Transport
By bus: Buses will leave the Victorian Arts Centre at 9am and 10am and depart from Hanging Rock at 5pm. Return travel from Melbourne costs $60 per person including entry ticket. Advance bookings required. Bookings can be made using the button below.
By train: Please note that V/Line will be conducting track works on February 26 and all trains will be replaced by buses between Melbourne and Woodend. The journey from Melbourne to Woodend will be approximately 70 minutes. Bookings for the train/replacement bus through V/Line: 136 196.
Shuttle transfers: An Organ's shuttle bus will operate between Woodend Railway Station and Hanging Rock. The first service will begin at 9.50am and run until approximately midday. The return shuttle from Hanging Rock to Woodend train station will start up again at 2.45pm and run until 5pm meeting the replacement buses. The shuttle costs $5 per person each way and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
Arts Centre — $60 per person, includes coach travel from Arts Centre (Melbourne) and admission to the event. Woodend Station Shuttle — $5 each way, bus only
